Laboratory analyst in charge of performing different tests to support Operations, Innovation activities.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Testing for Chemical (XRD), mineralogical (XRF) analysis, Alkalis, Fluoride, free lime, ARE Chemical)
- Physical Testing (compressive strengths, setting times, flow, water demand, ARE Cement)
- Samples preparation (drying, crushing, grinding, sampling, homogenizing).
- Standards preparation (Raw Mix, Clinker & Cement)
- Burnabilities for Raw Mix (XRD, XRF, materials recalculation, mixing, crosscheck)
- Materials verification (Raw Mix, Clinker, Cement)
- Samples warehouse management
- Chemical reagents procurement
- Concrete testing
- Laboratory Housekeeping
**Position Challenges**:
- Delivery of analysis on schedule
- Proficiency in cements techniques.
**Qualifications**:
- Chemical Engineer
- Laboratory analysis
- Office (excel, ppt, word management).
