**Position: Logistics Executive**
**Location: Mexico City**
**Job Overview**:
The Junior Warehouse Operations Executive will remotely oversee daily operations within the warehouse through third-party vendors. This role is essential for ensuring that warehousing processes are efficient, organized, and aligned with the company's commercial goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the management of warehouse activities conducted by third-party vendors, including receiving, storing, and dispatching products.
- Collaborate with vendors to monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments with third-party logistics providers, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Negotiate rates and service agreements with vendors to optimize costs while maintaining service quality.
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance with safety and operational standards, reporting any issues as needed.
- Help prepare performance reports related to warehouse operations, including efficiency metrics and inventory turnover rates.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.




- Minimum of two years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with logistics or customs software is a plus.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage remote vendor relationships effectively.
- Good communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
