**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated caller to join our team. As a caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to market our product and services, utilizing your sales and customer service skills to engage potential clients.
**Duties**
- Conduct outbound calls to promote our products and services.
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to engage with leads.
- Provide excellent customer service during calls.
- Negotiate sales and close deals effectively.
- Fluency in **Spanish** and **English** is a **must.**
**Skills**
- Experience in outbound calling and inside sales.
- Proficiency in technical sales and software knowledge.
- Experience in solar industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to negotiate effectively.
Pay: $5.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
