Descripción General:
**Responsabilidades**:
The Americas Accounting associate role is a position within the Americas Controller organization. The role works closely with other members of the Finance organization, especially members of the FP&A;, Corporate Tax, Corporate Accounting and Regional Shared Service teams. The Associate will perform month end close steps associated with holding entities within the Corporate business line.
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Perform all related related journal entries, financial flux, key judgments, internal controls, and management reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for holding entities within the Corporate business line.
- Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to be reviewed by Team Lead.
- Identify and cultivate productive relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
- Prepare key ad-hoc reporting and analysis requested by senior leadership.
- Consistently improve process and functional performance through innovative approaches to challenges.
- Identify, solve,



and/or escalate accounting issues to Team Lead, where applicable.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
Competencias:
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or related discipline
- Recent college graduate or at least 1 year public accounting or private accounting experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish

- SAP Experience a plus
- CPA or equivalent, preferred.
- General ledger accounting, strongly preferred.
