**Bilingual Telephone Executive**
For a Financial Institution Abroad.
**General Requirements**:
- Advanced English (C1)
- Education: Completed High School
- Availability to work Monday through Sunday
**Schedules**:
- 10:00 am to 7:00 pm / 10:30 am to 7:30 pm / 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
- _Weekends:_ 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Availability to modify schedule during summer/winter (USA calendar)
- 2 days off, rotating between weekdays and weekends (assigned by the supervisor)
- Training lasts 59 days, **_starting December 9th_**. During these 59 days, the schedule is_ 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday_.
***Required Experience**:
- Minimum of 6 months as a Bilingual Customer Service Executive in a Call Center (Proven experience).
- Knowledge of financial services.
- Good writing and spelling.
- Required technical and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Basic PC skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented.
**We Offer**:




- Monthly gross salary of *$14,720.40* paid through BBVA or HSBC _(first payment will be on December 30th)_.
- Bonus of _$3,000 _(after completing nesting).
- _$3,000_ retention bonus (after 90 days).
- Productivity bonus of up to 27% per month after training.
