Must-Have **Skills**
- Manage system integrations and perform optimizations as necessary
- Integration development, solution design & testing - Existing and New Integration
- Support SQA & User Acceptance Testing - Existing and New Integration
- Production Release Support - Existing and New Integration
- Post-Production Support - Existing and New Integration
- Ticket Management and regular production support activities
- Integration monitoring, Root cause analysis & coordination with relevant team/stakeholders




- Categorize/prioritize integration issues based on their impact on critical business processes and address high-priority issues promptly to minimize disruptions
- Review the status of integrations after the planned monthly maintenance from Workday
- Conduct regular reviews of the integration process to identify areas for improvement
