**Our client**is a hospital cleaning company that offers adaptable programs suited to your healthcare needs. They offer a clean, safe environment and cost savings from well-maintained equipment.
We seek a motivated, enthusiastic **Customer Service Agent** to join our team. The role will play a key role in identifying and qualifying potential leads, contributing to the attainment of our sales goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Schedule follow-up meetings with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities and update the CRM system.
- Share market feedback, hospital information, and contact data.
- Participate in virtual sales meetings to enhance knowledge and skills related to lead generation and sales techniques.
**Schedule**
Monday to Friday (The schedule can be negotiated)
- Standard Schedule: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Daylight saving in the US: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

**Minimum requirements**
- **MUST: Advanced English skills (speaking and writing)**:
- High school diploma.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, cross sales, lead generator, BDC, or similar.
- The ability to engage and excite prospects.
- Excellent focus on details, organization and time management skills.
- Ability to follow our proven process, but also willing to proactively identify areas to improve.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
