**About Tumble**
Tumble is a DTC brand that's revolutionizing the home furnishings industry with our curated assortment of washable and spillproof rugs. Since our launch in 2021, we quickly passed 8 figures in annualized revenue and are marching towards 9 figures. To help support our growth, we're looking for a Operations Supervisor based in Tijuana, Mexico. This is a rare opportunity to get in at the early stages to shape the trajectory of the company. This role is integral to ensuring seamless warehouse operations, upholding quality standards, and supporting our growing supply chain needs.
**Main Responsibilities**
**Warehouse Operations**:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflows and high efficiency.
- Be onsite 1-2 days per week to manage processes, address challenges, and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and logistics providers to meet key operational goals.
**Quality Control & Production Support**:
- Supervise quality control processes to maintain Tumble’s high product standards.
- Be onsite 2-3 days per week to oversee production at partner facilities.




- Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues at partner facilities.
**Key Requirements**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of work experience, preferably with exposure to consulting, operations, supply chain, or quality control
- **Qualifications**:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Excel (e.g., data analysis, pivot tables, reporting)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter / high agency individual
**Nice to Have**
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software
- Previous experience in quality control, supply chain, or logistics operations
