RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review project documents and specifications to develop baseline schedules that accurately include all required dates, activities, and milestones.
- Set clear resources, timelines and allocations to ensure that NPDI deliverables are met and within timelines
- Ensure that Prototyping production programs are delivered on time, within scope, resources are allocated and 2wks build time is met
- Provide updates on program status, challenges, and milestones to leadership and stakeholders.
- Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions for improvement.
- Manage and resolve any project risks, delays, or bottlenecks.
- Perform progress schedule updates to include comprehensive reporting and narratives for upper management & Executives
- Perform critical path analyses, identify schedule-related problems, and recommend corrective actions.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the AME Regional team.
- Proficient in use and follow of ERP systems (Oracle preferred) to follow up CO execution, assignment and correct processing
QUALIFICATIONS.
- Minimum 4-8 years of experience in production management,



project management, or program management. Ideally hands on experience in Production Startup, Product Transfer and Product Development of large systems, electromechanical components
- Strong experience managing teams and leading complex production programs.
- Proven track record of successfully managing production schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- A master's degree may be preferred.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish for communication with diverse teams, customers, and stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex production problems.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt) is advantageous.
