The Shared Services Accounts Receivable Analyst at Motus is responsible of cash collections from customer receipts, for several different entities in accordance with standard accounting procedures, will foster a good customer relationship by providing timely customer support and problem resolution. At the same time, maximizing cash flows within collections efficiency and ensuring proper accounting and achieving or exceeding established metrics, preparation of audits and identifying areas for improvement in the process to minimize recurrence of similar issues moving forward.
**Functions**
- Build a strong relationship with customer AR (internal / external) to maximize collection efficiency, minimize past due and resolve issues.
- Overdue balance review meetings with finance and corporate management.
- Investigate, address,



and resolve customer payment issues. Work with customers (internal and external) to implement corrective actions to minimize or eliminate reoccurrence in the future
- Daily Customer portals review.
- Partner with the Accounting team to complete general ledger reconciliations, journal entries and inquiries.
- Attend Internal and External Audits

- Accounting, Teamwork, Confidential, Problem Solving, ERP Knowledge.
**Qualifications**
- Accountant or Business Administration
- 1-3 years of AR experience or General Accounting.
- English B2/C1
