**Your role**:
**Customer Satisfaction - “OSAT and RR”**:
- Review and analyze the results of customer satisfaction surveys in Medallia.
- Generate detailed reports on customer satisfaction and present findings to the corresponding teams.
- Identify areas of opportunity and propose improvements to increase customer satisfaction, collaborating with internal teams in the development of strategies to increase response rate and participation.
- Design presentations for the update of key KPIs.
**Creation and dissemination of support content for Internal and External Sales use**:
- Create and manage content for internal dissemination through platforms such as SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
- Adapt and update key documents to facilitate communication with clients.
**Content Management**:
- Modify and update global content to ensure it properly reflects information on local services and products.
- Carry out dissemination campaigns to showcase insights/testimonials from clients that support the sale of the CS portfolio.
- Create a flow for communication, sending, and follow-up with clients (Advance Plans) as part of the reinforcement of upgrade updates.
- Build loyalty with potential customers eligible for Advance Plans.
**Market Analysis**:
- Conduct market analysis and quarterly updates based on public market information and Focus Groups with the sales area of equipment and service sales.
**Customer Services Sales Campaigns**:




- Contact campaign - propose a way to update and maintain up-to-date customer contacts for sending communications.
- Based on the objectives identified as needs for the zone, develop strategies, a communication plan, and a campaign for generating opportunities.
**Generation and coordination of events with clients**:
- Plan and coordinate events aimed at clients, such as webinars, seminars, and in-person meetings, to promote services and strengthen business relationships.
- Manage all logístical aspects of the events, from planning to execution, ensuring that engagement objectives are met.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that events are aligned with business and customer satisfaction strategies.
**Your expertise**:
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Experience in video editing and creation of communication materials.
