**We're Hiring: Team Lead - Immigration Support Services**

In this role, you’ll lead day-to-day operations, oversee statement writers, and ensure exceptional quality and efficiency in all department activities. You’ll play a key role in shaping both the team culture and the client experience.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Lead and manage daily operations of a high-performing department team.
- Onboard and train new team members, instilling best practices and procedures.
- Develop and implement goals, timelines, and metrics to meet department performance targets.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of documentation for each immigration case.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to meet client-specific and firm-wide goals.
- Foster a team culture rooted in accountability, empathy, and continuous improvement.
- Support staff development through coaching, feedback, and mentorship.
**What We’re Looking For**:




- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Proven leadership experience in a professional services environment.
- Familiarity with immigration law or a related legal field is a plus (but not required).
- Experience with case management systems and digital collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities — capable of managing multiple priorities at once.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide others.
- Empathy, resilience, and professionalism in high-stress situations.
- A growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
