**Accounting Clerk - Chicago**

**What You’ll Do**
- Set up new clients in QuickBooks
- Generate and send detailed invoices to customers
- Proactively research, track and resolve invoice problems or discrepancies
- Proactive and timely response to internal and external client inquiries
- Assist the accounting department with account reconciliations and month end as needed
- Provide general accounting and clerical support to the accounting department

- Ability to communicate both courteously and professionally with internal and external contacts alike
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
**What You Need**
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Prior accounting or related experience in a corporate setting (preferred)
