We are looking for a strong **SR Windows Automation Engineer**with the next qualifications:
**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly skilled **Senior Windows Engineer** based in **Mexico** to support a **U.S.based multinational client**. This role requires deep expertise in **Windows and Azure Infrastructure**, with a strong focus on **automation, security, and identity management**. You will work remotely as part of a global team, collaborating with engineers and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design, implement, and maintain **Windows and Azure Infrastructure** with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.
- Translate business requirements into **High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD)**.
- Develop and debug **automation scripts** using **PowerShell**, **Ansible**, or **Python**.
- Manage and support core Windows technologies including:
- **Windows Server**:
- **Active Directory (AD)** and **Microsoft Entra**:
- **WSUS**, **WDS**, **MECM**:
- **Storage Spaces Direct (S2D)** or **Azure Stack HCI**:
- **PXE boot environments**:
- Create and maintain **consumable APIs** for automating network configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.




- Resolve complex service tickets related to Windows and Azure infrastructure in a **integral enterprise environment**.
- Utilize **Azure DevOps** or **Jenkins** for task tracking and CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Work in an **Agile environment**, delivering automation and infrastructure projects using tools like **Terraform**, **VS Code**, and **Visual Studio**.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in **Windows** Systems Engineering with a focus on Azure.
- Strong scripting and automation skills in **PowerShell**, **Ansible**, or **Python**.
- Deep understanding of **Azure Security**, **Identity Management**, and **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)**.
- Experience with **DevOps practices** and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and Git.
