**What You’ll Do**
- **Design Quotes**:Design daily quotes based on clients' needs.
- **Own & grow your accounts**: Contact customers to get the aapproval for all quotes sent. Upsell to clients by trying to secure more modalities or win business that another agent currently handles.
- **Drive quote speed and suppliers relationship**: Push suppliers for fast quoting, obtaining the best fare cost. Maintain and develop a healthy supplier relationship.
- **Rate List**:Work with shipping lines and airlines, customs terminals, and transport companies to designw our own rate list.
- **Run the CRM**: Log every shipment, within the acceptance time. Maintain all supplier information updated in the CRM
- **Analyze performance**: Work closely with the operative team
**What You’ll Need**




- Recently graduated for a logistics career (international commerce, international business, or similar careers)
- Fluency in **Spanish and professional English** (spoken and written).
- Excel and basic BI skills for quick analysis and reporting.
- Negotiation skills, urgency, and a laser focus on customer success.
- Ability to handle stress and stressful situations well.
- Teamwork and openness to learning new things and accepting feedback.
- Ability to work well with objectives and under pressure.
- High level of commitment and responsibility, proactive
**Experience**:
- Recently Graduated.
**Language**:
- 100% English (required)
