Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Job Summary** This position will be responsible for customer service (demand, changes and meetings with the customer) and the scheduling plan based on the capabilities of the line, coordinating and controlling the revision of the production schedules of the plan with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficiency and quality of the process and the product. **What You'll Do** - Analyze and troubleshoot production scheduling issues. - Provide customer service, order entry, and demand changes. - Update the forecast and takt-time and develop and analyze MPS. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate customer and business requirements. - Develop production schedules: review of production worker workflow, inventory levels, capacity constraints, machine breakdowns, product quality, etc. to ensure operational excellence. - Implement and follow up on projects. **Education Requirement** Degree or equivalent required in Industrial Engineering, Bachelor's degree in International Business,



Bachelor's degree in Management or Business or related field.
