The **Bilingual Sales Agent - Logistics** plays a crucial role in coordinating the timely and efficient movement of goods, vehicles, and personnel to ensure smooth operations within the logistics department.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field




- Experience in **Sales**or previous experience in **Customer Service**or **Call Centers** is desirable
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Advanced level of English
- Comfortable making multiple phone calls
**Responsibilities**:
- Obtaining rates for specific freight movements
- Developing efficient and cost-effective transportation routes to ensure on-time delivery
- Solving issues such as traffic delays, vehicle breakdowns, and other unexpected events
- Organizing client paperwork/contracts and handling negotiations
- Building strong relationships with key clients and ensuring proper follow-up
