As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll gain hands-on experience with the full sales process while working side-by-side with the Director of Sales. **Responsibilities**:
- Create and manage all group profiles in FOSSE.
- Input rooming lists and set up group master accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
- Generate and distribute group reservation links (Res-Links)
- Prepare detailed group resumes and banquet event orders to ensure seamless execution of events.




- Enter actual group pick-up details into CRM systems.
- Upload and maintain all signed contracts within CRM for accurate record-keeping and compliance.
- Conduct internet research and prospecting to identify potential new group business opportunities.
