Lead commercial finance and sales finance activities

Oversee finance controlling operations: Accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), accounting

Drive financial reporting and business performance presentations

Support logistics finance processes

Lead master distributor management: Setup, negotiation of terms, and operating model definition

Define and manage project timelines: Go-to-market transition, system setup, and process changes

Act as Business PMO lead for transformation: Define workplan, testing strategy, and execution roadmap

Lead commercial finance and go-to-market financial strategyDrive finance transformation, reporting, and project execution
5-8 years of experience (minimum)

Advanced English (mandatory)

Strong experience in commercial finance and FMCG environments

Experience working with distributors / go-to-market models

Knowledge of SAP & Microsoft Dynamics

Advanced Excel skills

Hands-on profile

Experience in finance transformation or business setup projects (preferred)

$80,000-95,000 MXN Gross Monthly + Benefits of Law

Acts as Finance Lead / Distributor Lead for regional operations

Hybrid: 2 days in office (Polanco)

Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
