**Preschool Teacher**
Madison International School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant learning community. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that align with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP).
- Support the social, emotional, and academic development of preschool students.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement interdisciplinary learning experiences.
- Communicate regularly with parents to share student progress and foster strong school-home partnerships.
- Prepare instructional materials and maintain an organized,



stimulating learning space.
- Supervise students during instructional and non-instructional times, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
- Participate actively in school events, professional development, and community-building activities.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Previous teaching experience with preschool-aged children; IB experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents.
- Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude towards supporting young learners.
- English language proficiency; Spanish is an asset.
