**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree and/or diploma in Spa Management
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in luxury hotel spa operations
- Proficient in PMS systems such as Book4Time and Opera
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate teams and handle guest interactions with professionalism and empathy
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Adaptable availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
