About the role
We are looking for bilingual sales representatives to support US-based companies through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and customer engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and follow-up calls with potential customers
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Schedule qualified meetings and demos
- Maintain CRM records and pipeline updates
- Communicate with US-based clients professionally in English
- Follow structured outreach and follow-up processes
- Collaborate with internal sales teams
**Requirements**:
- Fully bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience in sales, SDR, inside sales, customer service, call center, or lead generation
- Comfortable making high-volume calls
- CRM familiarity preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite in Monterrey
- Availability for weekend/versátil schedules
Sueldo: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mes
