**Position objective**:
**Position Objective**
The Legal Analyst will be responsible for the timely review and follow-up of legal matters while providing essential administrative support to the department to ensure operational efficiency.
**Main responsibilities**:
- **Corporate Documentation**: Manage and organize all corporate legal documents for the company.
- **Contract Administration**: Oversee the administration and lifecycle of various company contracts.
- **Corporate Services**:



Handle internal requests regarding the granting and revocation of Powers of Attorney (PoA), certified copies, and other corporate filings.
- **Digital Archiving**: Maintain and ensure the department’s digital archives are up-to-date.
- **Departmental Logistics**: Manage departmental services, including training sessions, courses, and the requisition of materials and equipment.
**Education Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Licenciatura en Derecho
- Solid understanding of Notary processes and general knowledge of Commercial, Civil, Labor, Tax, and Customs law.
- Basic knowledge of joint liability claims (demandas solidarias), notary procedures, and dealings with government agencies
**Experience Requirements**:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in related legal areas.
- Familiarity with the **Maquila** industry and **Automotive Manufacturing** is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of **LEAR MX** operations is a plus.
