Amazon is seeking a Shift Manager in Last Mile Execution, with four key areas that you’ll always focus on: safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity of your Operation.

This role requires working with multiple business and technical teams across the company to manage successful performance, driving continuous improvement and enhancing carrier performance. The candidate must be effective in influencing leadership across customer service operations, technology teams, multiple support teams, multiple carrier partners and senior leadership.





Responsibilities
- You will be part of the Amazon Logistics Team, responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the Last Mile Operation in the North Region of the Country; operation that focuses on the delivery of Amazon orders directly to customers.
- Setting and communicating performance goals, creating expectations and objectives to achieve customer promise expectations and ensure accuracy and quality.
- Leading a team of Process Assistants and Delivery Service Providers in daily management of the delivery station, including meetings, training sessions, assigning job duties, and communicating with DSPs including management representatives and their drivers.
- Ensuring productivity execution is maximized through training, analysis, and feedback of performance data on a periodic basis.
- Proactively identifying and leading process improvement initiatives and Lean tools.
