MIDDLE SCHOOL TEACHER
Job Purpose: To educate students using a variety of interactive instructional strategies and promote lifelong learning.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Planning, organization, group control, classroom management, leadership, and initiative.
- Content Knowledge: Certification demonstrating expertise in middle‑school level content.
- Pedagogic Knowledge: Certification demonstrating expertise in teaching strategies, group control, and classroom management.
- Minimum two years’ teaching experience.
- BA in Education and/or teacher certification.
- TOEFL score of at least 550.

Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and implement teaching strategies and methods aligned with age‑group and curriculum goals.




- Organize learning resources and activities to enrich the teaching‑learning process.
- Evaluate, monitor, record, and report student progress, providing feedback to students and parents.
- Develop professionally through the Professional Growth Plan process.
- Act in accordance with ISR’s mission and beliefs.
- Commit to safeguarding and promoting student welfare, including completing child‑protection training when required.
