Your PositionMolex is seeking an NPI Manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects within the Connectivity and Optoelectronics business. In this role, you will guide cross‑functional teams to ensure the successful launch of new products, from development through to full‑scale production. You will also be accountable for the project’s financial performance (P&L;) and serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external customers.

What You Will Do
- Lead and develop the NPI Engineering team, including performance management, recruitment, training, and alignment with departmental objectives.
- Oversee all NPI activities, including coordination of fiber optic and connectivity projects, supporting cost estimation,



and developing automated manufacturing solutions.
- Plan and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies, driving improvements in both current and future production lines.
- Manage end‑to‑end product launch projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and requirements.
- Facilitate effective communication among customers, internal stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams.
- Foster collaboration across Quality, Engineering, Operations, Automation, and support areas to ensure smooth project integration.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies and best manufacturing practices to strengthen the capabilities of the Connectivity business.
- Identify and mitigate safety risks by integrating necessary requirements into manufacturing processes.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related fields).
- Advanced English
