The Team
Our Financial Restructuring Advisory team is an established and high performing team within A&M; Colombia with focus on all aspects of financial and operational restructuring and turnaround initiatives both in and out of bankruptcy or financial distress.

As an Analyst you will have the opportunity to work alongside professionals recognized as authorities across a diverse set of industries, and with the guidance of the most talented practitioners, you will drive changes that preserve and create value,

How you will contribute
As part of a select and highly skilled team you will have the opportunity to:
- Advise companies, investors, lenders or any other stakeholders facing distressed situations; assess Group-level financial performance in addition to high-level studies of the financial viability of subsidiary companies
- Conduct Independent Business Reviews, Initial diagnostic assessment of key issues and business outlook, appraisal of options & contingency planning and cash flow assessments
- Evaluate business plans and financial projections, including assessments of risks and opportunities - Contribute to performance monitoring following business plan implementation
- Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders in the community through the delivery of value-added client engagements

Qualifications
- At least two years
