**Project Objective**
Optimize and monitor operational and administrative processes using advanced technologies to strengthen internal control.
**Challenges for the Students**- Quickly master technologies applied to internal processes.- Handle multiple responsibilities and coordinate across departments.- Communicate effectively in an interdepartmental environment.




**Main Responsibilities and Activities to Be Carried Out**
- Document and follow up on internal policies/controls.
- Evaluate and improve operational and administrative processes.
- Implement and manage new technologies, including artificial intelligence- Support company initiatives and accounting processes.

**Technical Skills**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, etc.).
**Soft Skills**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
