Job Summary**:
El Carmen Manufacturing Facility is seeking a Production Control Intern to support the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of production activities. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, contributing to efficient production flows and inventory management.
Job Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of production schedules and plans.
- Monitor production progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
- Support the tracking and reporting of key production metrics.
- Collaborate with various departments, including production, logistics, and quality control, to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in inventory control activities, including material tracking and reconciliation.




- Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing production efficiency.
- Prepare and update production documentation and reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Control team.
**Required Skills and Education**
Job Qualifications**:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience or coursework in production planning or inventory management is a plus.
- Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.
