**Mission**:
- Support the buyers team to
- keep the purchasing business plan up to date
- Keep the supplier panel documentation up to date
- Drive sourcing with buyers coaching
**Responsibilities**:
- Follow up with suppliers on open items
- Follow up with internal stakeholders on open issues
- Work on Financial and forecast reporting
- Work on supplier documentation
**Qualifications**:
- Comfortable with Excel
- Ability to analyze data, assess supplier proposals
- Experience (not mandatory, but desirable): Any prior internships or part-time roles in purchasing, supply chain, or logistics.
- Skill in handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams
