**Responsabilidades**:
- Respond to and resolve incoming calls from distributors or customers within a specific average timeframe.
- Provide quality service to make the customer experience unique and satisfying.
- Enter quotes, service notifications, RMAs, and CQNs while the user is online.
- Conduct personal development courses.
**Requisitos**:
** Experience (required)**:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in similar positions
**Experience (preferred)**:
- 1 to 2 years in contact centers or customer service areas
**Education (required)**:
- Bachelor's degree or similar
**Education (preferred)**:
- Intermediate English
