**The Role**:
Our role will give you a chance to build and maintain strong working relationships between all parties including Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders.

As a Recruitment Administration Specialist you will work directly with the client, suppliers, and the Client Services teams.
You will act as one of the main points of contact for all queries relating to the service provided and taking responsibility for the resolution of those queries to a satisfactory conclusion
**Key Accountabilities**:
**What you'll be doing**:
- Workload management
- Ownership of the group mailbox when applicable
- Ensures data integrity, accuracy and SLAs are met
- Ensures compliance of the Operation Manuals and other process documentation
- Responds to questions about escalations and provide support where required
- Conducts quality assurance audits as it relates to the pre hiring process
- Acts as the final checking mechanism for the RPO process
- Coordinate ad hoc projects
- Actively participate in various operational calls
- Have full knowledge (SME) of the operational process
- Conduct 1-9 Verifications as part of the onboarding process
- Generate offer letters
- Generate and send out Welcome communications for new hires
- Compiling new hire paperwork on a weekly basis
- Assist with pre hire activities for contingent hiring program
**Skills & Experience**:
**You'll need to demonstrate**:
- 1-2 years of experience supporting recruiting administrative activities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge and understanding of the recruiting lifecycle process
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task while meeting tight deadlines
- Experience in working with different accounts and/or dealing with various admin activities - Grounded knowledge of business
- Experience working in a performance-based environment
- Problem-solve situations as they arise
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders
- Experience working with various tools such as Microsoft office, Oracle, eVerify, etc.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a must
**Preferred Requirements**:
- Experience in an office environment
- Previous experience working for a large/global enterprise organization
