SAP AfterSales Service Consultant responsible for managing the configuration changes, and enhancements of our SAP System support our Customer Service Organisation.

- _Design _, Customizing _and implement core functionalities of SAP _CS _/ _PM and/or SD Modul _in _AfterSales _Service Area automotive - Also SAP Power User in the named Modules are welcome.

- _Responsible for successful implementation, including providing functional _expertise _, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients _.

- _Knowledge and experience of _technical _AfterSales _Service _processes in SAP _ma _inly: _Orders, Notifications, _Equipments _and functional locations structures (including classifications, _Measurement Points _, etc.), contracts, maintenance Planning _.

- _Facilitates the gathering of requirements, designing, implementing, and supporting SAP _AfterSales _Service _to enhance the clients' business functionality and performanc _e.

- _Participates in meetings and _build _trust with internal business customers, understand business _objectives _, and seeks alignment.
_
- _Engage with Key Users and Business partners to _identify _and _validate _requirements and translate to solution design.
_




- _Analyzes and develops functional specifications and communicates _to _technical developers to develop the required solutions in the most efficient way.

- _Monitor and present periodic status to stakeholders.
_
- _Monitor Risks / Issues and prepare _appropriate mitigation _plans.
_
- _Ensure best practices are followed and _required _processes and specifications are documented.
_
**Tasks and Qualifications**:
Qualifications:
- _Bachelor's degree in Computer Science _, MIS, _Engineering, _or similar field _.
_
- _5+ years of experience in SAP _CS _/ _PM or SD _or _similar _SAP _modules _is _a must _.
_
- _E _xperience working in S/4HANA implementation projects.
_
- _Strong functional knowledge on the SAP ERP, and overall SAP functional knowledge (integration with other components / modules _SD, _PM _, MM _) _required _.
_
- _Good k _nowledge of principle _AfterSales _Processes and _objects _( _Orders, Contracts, _Equipment _and functional location) _and _their _processes behind.

- _E _xperience in working with general teams _including _Cross Business and Processes _.
_
- _Experience in setting up and _maintaining _ALE and IDOC _Scenarios _
- _Strong communication _skills (English _required _C1/C2).
_
- _Resume/CV must be _submitted _in English.
_
- _Willingness to travel up to 10% internationally._
