**Descripción**:
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Quality Manager Primary responsibilities is to drive adherence and alignment to the site Quality Management System and ISO **** systems through establishing standard works processes and operating system, and drive continuous improvement activities to improve quality performance.
Responsible for the product and process quality indicators and performance.
Develops, implements and verifies quality systems, applies internal audits to ensure adherence to quality systems.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Maintains and monitors quality performance metrics such as yields, scrap.
- Ensures adherence to quality standards, policy and system.
- Manages quality system ISO ****.
- Ensures alignment with Site Quality initiatives
- Owns internal audits (Process and product ) operative system
- Establishes quality standard work in alignment with site Quality Management Systems processes and procedures.
- Follows up raw material identified as defected and evaluates production rejects.
- Coordinates the elaboration on deviations related to product quality or quality processes
- Monitors and governs final inspections results in production in order to seek improvement opportunities.
- Responsible for final inspections resources, including selection, training and development
- Lead statistics and metrics related to quality.
- Defines quality criteria and documents




- Opens corrective actions internal / external and coordinates the responsible team.
- Responsible for evaluation and disposal of customer recalls and supports analysis for prevention.
- Promotes, participates in and coordinates improvement projects for quality systems and products.
- Sustains permanent communication with customers and suppliers.
- Administration and governance of 8D and RCCA related to internal and external non conformances or customer escapes
- MRB management
- Determining and implementing world class quality control mindset and ensure adherence to standards.
- Management of change on initiatives and process changes
**Requisitos**:
- Engineering bachelor's degree in manufacturing, electronic, mechanical or related
- English level - 90%.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality leadership role
- Relevant experience leading a Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing process
- Self-directed.

- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
