Responsibilities

- Conduct training needs assessments in operational, technical, and administrative areas. (TNA) (DNC)
- Create support materials such as manuals, presentations, and evaluations.
- Coordinate external training sessions with vendors and consultants.
- Use measurement tools to assess training effectiveness and update KPI´s
- Manage the training budget.
- Update trainings on LMS Valmont System.
- Schedule and execute onboarding program for Union and Admin Employees
- This position is going to lead the internal welding school for Apodaca and Escobedo plants
- Update and post skill matrix on shop floor
- Responsible of Training the trainers program

Qualifications

- Preferred Bachelors in relevant field 5+ years of experience.
- Must have a professional and fluent English communication.
- Preferred experience with Training programs for manufacturing plants.




- Strong business acumen and ability to partner effectively with other teams to solve business needs.
- Ability to leverage technology to update all training KPI´s efficiently.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.
- Strong communication skills and a comfort level presenting to groups required.
- Demonstrated ability to build a simple plan and then execute it well within a complex environment.
- Self-motivated and able to successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and organization skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a group.
- Time management and prioritization.
- Experience on Train the trainers programs preferent.
