**Location - Ramos Arizpe / Ciudad Juarez.
**
- The Logistics Project Specialist is responsible to lead the on-boarding process with suppliers during the deployment phase of the introduction of SAP HANA for MAHLE plants in the region.
During this deployment phase they are responsible for all relevant tasks from supplier information to final release of introduction and hand over to SAP systems support.
This includes cooperation with MAHLE plants, external IT partners, suppliers and the implementation of improvements to internal processes.
**Your Contribution**:
- Work within a multi-national team in the global delivery model.
- Perform and lead project related cooperation with involved internal departments (Purchasing, SAP Systems / IT, etc.) and external partners.
- Interact and inform suppliers about the "Go-Live" date and the respective phases.
Provide Legacy information and all new vendor data (new vendor ID, new SA number, plant ID, unloading point)
- Finalize the Supplier onboarding strategy (flight plan) which includes Supplier segmentation according to BU ́s (cross BU/plant suppliers) and according to SAP ARIBA account.
- Preparation,



support, and coordination of supplier deployment projects (such as SAP Ariba SCC, Classic EDI connection incl. ASN/GTL) during the deployment phase of SAP HANA.
- Initial preparation includes analysis of suppliers (PM, NPM/CAPEX, ICO, forwarders) relevant per plant - relevant/not relevant suppliers based on valid purchasing documents, contact data, vigente online connection, etc.
- Other duties might be assigned.
**Your Experience & Qualifications**:
- Ability to explain others to understand our processes and supervise them how to use the system.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish), including excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation delivery.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to influence and develop strong working relationships with colleagues, senior level management and/or executives, vendors, suppliers, etc.
- Automotive industry supply chain experience **is a must.

- Advanced computer skills, especially in MS Office 365.
- Knowledge about **SAP Modules.
