What You Will Do
- Establish the physical layout of machinery and the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow.
- Plan the sequence of operations and procedures and documents manufacturing standard work and routings.
- Plan the allocation of resources, materials and personnel to establish maximum utilization of equipment.
- Conduct studies pertaining to cost control, productivity improvement, cost reduction, inventory control.
- May be expected to travel to U.S. sites to assist with projects.
- Present engineering projects, process improvement initiatives, and operational results to manufacturing leadership and cross-functional teams, driving alignment and successful implementation.

Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience. Requires at least 3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in English (approximately 80%),



with the ability to actively participate and lead meetings, as well as communicate effectively in professional written and verbal interactions.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including experience in reporting, data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, and database management.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies, including planning, execution, milestone tracking, and delivery of defined operational objectives.
- Experience developing capacity planning models to assess production constraints, optimize resource utilization, and support data-driven decisions in manufacturing operations.

Qualifications We Preferred
- Experience leading Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S, Standard Work, and waste elimination, with measurable operational improvements.
