1 year of experience in the supply chain (Production Planning a must) SAP, ERP/MRP systems.

English level: Spoken and written (advanced +80%).

Excellent analytical skills. Software: Powerpoint (Effective presentations), Excel (VBA, M Language), MS Access, POWER BI (DAX, M Language), Power Automate, SharePoint Online.

Access people skills, teamwork, communication skills, Project Management.

Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree. 1 year of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Position Purpose
Determine the current and future needs of raw materials and components required to meet the master production schedule. Provide timely inputs required by the business units.

Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions:
- Planning and supervision requirements of materials,



components and/or production orders.
- Make adjustments in planning requisition of the components and production orders.
- Follow up on deliveries of purchase orders, negotiating and expediting delivery times and conditions.
- Make transfers of materials, components from plants.
- Analyze and control the materials according to their inventory classification.
- Prepare and analyze reports, databases and graphics related to their responsibilities.
- Processing engineering changes, obsolete or restricted material and adjustments to inventory levels.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Management of MRP systems.
- MS Office.
- APICS.
- Management and inventory control.
- Knowledge of the supply chain.
- Advanced English level.
