Role Summary
Our General Graduate Program (GGP) is an entry‐level opportunity for recent college graduates with up to three years of work experience.
It fast‐tracks your career within a global organization, offering the possibility, after 18 months of successful completion of our program, to work as a Junior Manager.
What This Means For You – An Experience Like No Other
As a Global Graduate in Marketing, you will work in our accelerated management program in different marketing rotations, starting with Trade Marketing & Distribution across Mexico and moving into other marketing subfunctions in Area Office Monterrey.
You will develop and present strategic business projects, address real opportunities, and create action plans.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing orders, providing portfolio recommendations, and optimizing the overall sales process.
Analyze market trends (Nielsen, Sell Out, Key Accounts) to generate insights and drive portfolio growth actions.
Develop, monitor, and execute strategic projects for key clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Track account performance, KPIs, and market performance indicators, defining and implementing action plans.
Manage demand planning, including NPI forecasts, cycle volumes, and ensuring forecast accuracy for new SKUs.
Ensure product availability by monitoring inventory levels and coordinating supply chain and volume negotiations.
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams (TM&D;, Brands, Marketing) to translate insights into execution plans and track results.
Execute commercial and digital strategies, including trade engagement, e‐commerce content, and support for multi‐channel campaigns (social media, CRM, Paid Media).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Intelligence,
Global Business, Strategy, Data Science, Mathematics, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Digital Transformation, Business Management, Economics, International Finance, Business Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
Recent graduates (graduation **** to June ****).
Up to one year of professional experience.
Experience in data‐driven projects.
Fluent in English (advanced oral & written).
Efficient use of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
Open to relocate globally – global and national mobility.
Results‐driven, data‐driven, analytical and ambitious, with strong interpersonal, teamwork, and negotiation skills; proactive, adaptable, and self‐motivated with the ability to work independently.
Leadership skills demonstrated through professional experience or extra‐curricular activities within companies, NGOs, or student associations.
