What will you do?
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing standards, tools, and systems across the plant or assigned site.
- Lead and facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis to drive process improvements.
- Design and optimize equipment layout, material flow, and workstation ergonomics to support lean operations.
- Develop and monitor Lean KPIs (e.g., OEE, takt time, cycle time, lead time) and ensure continuous performance tracking.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence through coaching, training, and mentoring.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, logistics,



and production teams to ensure alignment of lean initiatives with business goals.
- Lead the development and implementation of standard work, visual management, and 6S programs.
- Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities and drive cost reduction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards while improving process efficiency.
Technical Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles (Kaizen, 6S, SMED, TPM, VSM, Standard Work).
- Proven experience in process optimization, waste elimination, and continuous improvement.
- Solid understanding of industrial engineering fundamentals and production systems.
- Experience in layout design, workflow optimization, and ergonomic assessments.
- Proficiency in Lean performance metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma tools and methodologies is a plus.
- Experience in leading cross-functional improvement projects and change management.

- Ability to align lean initiatives with business and operational goals.
- Skilled in leading teams and developing lean capabilities across all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Capable of managing multiple lean projects with clear deliverables and timelines.
- Ability to lead cultural transformation and sustain lean practices.
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments and driving continuous change.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or industrial engineering roles.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt) preferred.
- Experience in automotive, electronics, or high-volume manufacturing industries is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in English.
