Location: San Juan del Río, Mexico. Hybrid model of work: two days onsite and three days remote.

The Infrastructure Specialist – LATAM plays a key role in this transformation. This position is responsible for the execution and delivery of infrastructure solutions and project outcomes defined by Solution Architects. The role provides day‑to‑day operational support for infrastructure environments and AI‑driven initiatives across sites in the Americas region. The specialist ensures resilient, secure, and high‑performing platforms that enable business continuity and modernization.

Responsibilities




Infrastructure Planning & Execution
- Plan, implement, and validate changes to infrastructure components across LATAM sites.
- Identify, analyze, map, and document information needs for current and future systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including Visio diagrams, architecture references, and executive‑level presentations.
- Ensure project requirements and solution‑design specifications are fully and accurately implemented.
- Document, manage permissions, and provide operational support for AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop) environments.

Support, Troubleshooting & Operations
- Anticipate potential issues and take proactive steps to mitigate risks and disruptions.
- Work closely with business users to ensure delivered solutions meet functional requirements and drive measurable business value.
