About Polygon Labs
Polygon Labs is a software development company building and developing a network of aggregated blockchains via the Agglayer, secured by Ethereum. As public infrastructure, the Agglayer will bring together user bases and liquidity for any connected chain, and leverage Ethereum as a settlement layer. Polygon Labs has also contributed to the core development of several widely-adopted scaling protocols and tools for launching blockchains, including Agglayer CDK, Polygon PoS & Katana.

In this high‑impact role, you'll lead efforts to expand our presence in the payments and stablecoins space, build deep collaborations with fintechs, financial institutions, and infrastructure players, and co‑create go‑to‑market strategies that turn potential into real‑world adoption. You’ll work cross‑functionally to remove friction, unlock new corridors,



and help shape the next wave of digital financial infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities

Identify and engage key players across the payments and stablecoins ecosystem: banks, fintechs, PSPs, CEXs, wallets, and market makers.

Champion Polygon Labs’ product suite and roadmap - highlighting use cases like on‑chain FX, cross‑border remittances, and the upcoming Polygon Payments Network.

Prioritize strategic partners and corridors; shape pilots, integrations, and long‑term opportunities.

Stay ahead of the regulatory curve by analyzing and reporting on evolving policies impacting digital payments and blockchain in the region.

Translate complex developments into actionable insights for both internal teams and external partners.
