Responsibilities

- Develop, deliver, manage and promote Global & Regional Development Programs
- Plan, prepare and support deployment of Regional Development Programs, including the facilitation of key Leadership Development Programs
- Ensure strategic alignment with regional stakeholders on leadership development topics
- Consult and coach key talents and leaders regarding their individual development activities and career development
- Consult and coach business stakeholders regarding team or leadership development needs and activities
- Review and continuously improve existing Regional Development Programs and their content in cooperation with relevant stakeholders and in alignment with the general development standards
- Monitor and analyze regional development KPI and derive corrective measures in close cooperation with the talent management teams
- Create reports on regional development programs for various stakeholders including top management

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Human Resources Management, Psychology or similar
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in talent development,



ideally in the automotive industry
- Experience in designing and implementing strategic talent development concepts and targeted development offers
- Experience in facilitating leadership development material/programs
- Solid experience in steering international talent development projects, processes, and standards
- Fluent English skills
- Soft skills: communication, problem solving, networking at all levels within the organization, global mindset & intercultural collaboration, self‑organisation, presentation skills, digital & analytical skills, data‑driven decision making
