Develop and execute the annual training plan for the MOI & MOD.
Be a leader deploying and coaching according to FES policies to achieve excellence in the fundamentals of production, consolidation of the role of supervisor and gap leadership.Ensure full compliance with the production plan (PDP), as well as be a leader in the continuous improvement of DLE or TRS.Ensure total control of inventories, obsolescence, and scrap.
