We are looking for a Logistics Scheduler (role to follow) with a Monday – Saturday 3:00pm – 10:30pm schedule.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate all national and international carriers to ensure pickups and deliveries to our final customers on time.
- Be in direct communication with OTM planners to ensure correct assignment and follow-up on daily OB shipments.
- Communicate with all plant departments to ensure correct movements execution.
- Track and trace National / International (IB, OB) shipments.
- Assign trips to drivers of interplant circuits.
- Provide timely follow-up on urgent shipments.
- Keep records of domestic operations and extra expenses.
- Optimize trips in circuit units.
- Maintain direct communication with carriers and drivers.
- Monitor KPI metrics (shipping reports and crossing times / local movements).
- Ensure daily information of IB / OB / National shipments is provided on time (10 AM) to start the process.
- Work with the Shipping Supervisor on the delivery creation in SAP, to report them to the OTM team.




- Direct communication with the OTM planners and Trade compliance team.
- Review / confirm OTM carrier assignments.
- Activate GPS trackers where applicable.
- Invoicing processes in SAP; act as carrier invoice auditor.
- Prepare Carta Porte and ensure US equipment availability for daily OB shipments.
- Daily review with shipping to follow up units pending dispatch.
- Process export documents in SAP, including modifications.
- Handle LTL shipments and BOL & Packing creation for consolidation yard units.
- Escalate situations that may compromise or pose risks to shipments.
- Follow up on PFA and keep a record of carrier issues for reporting to Procurement.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of international logistics processes and customs regulations.

Preferred

- Bachelor’s degree in international business or logistics related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in similar or related roles.
- Intermediate English.
