Professional Controls Engineer – Lifecycle Solutions & Services Modernizations and UpgradesJoin our team as a Professional Controls Engineer for our Lifecycle Solutions and Services (LSS) Modernizations and Upgrades team.Employees will be based in Monterrey, N.L., but must be willing to travel up to 50% to customer locations in the USA.Competitive compensation and benefits.ResponsibilitiesComplete the design of schematics and control panels.Perform full range of standard work for the professional field.Provide support in semi‐complex material specification, schematic preparation, bill‐of‐materials development, and appropriate follow‐up.Manage project budgets, schedules, and risks.Work to meet deadlines and deliverables, achieve budget, and manage risk with team leads.Recommend ideas related to productivity improvement, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.Perform standard professional level work that requires processing and interpreting complex, less clearly defined issues.Solve complex or unusual problems related to hardware and/or software.Lead complex projects through the project lifecycle, delegating tasks accordingly.Perform site‐audits at project initiation to gather site information and confirm scope.Conduct on‐site commissioning activities independently or as part of a team.Review and report feedback of site readiness audits (commissioning checklist/instructions).
Attend pre‐travel meetings with site lead/project manager.Own the commissioning plan and schedule.Coordinate with field engineering teams,
