The supply planner will work closely with customer service, production plants, as well as key business stakeholders to ensure availability of products serving our customers on time and full.
Additionally, the Supply Planner will participate in key initiatives and projects to support continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain production plans, deployment plan, and inventory levels in order to ensure an effective and efficient supply chainMonitor production plan and communicate with local plants to ensure timely delivery of productsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate forecastingAnalyze inventory levels and adjust production and deployment plans accordinglyDevelop and implement strategies for optimizing inventory levels across warehousesMonitor and analyze supply chain performance metricsReview and update supply network model and processes to ensure cost‐efficiencyGenerate reports to track inventory levels and identify potential supply shortagesAbout YouBachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or related fieldAPIC or related supply chain certificationEnglish fluent2 to 3 years experience in supply planning, purchasing, inventory management, and/or logisticsExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsKnowledge of supply chain management principles and practicesExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to learn new systems and processes quicklyWhat You Can Expect From Barry CallebautCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits packageEnvironment that welcomes workplace flexibilityAn atmosphere where diversity is embraced, and inclusivity is second nature.
