Your expertise will help shape efficient workflows, drive operational excellence, and create scalable manufacturing systems that support long‐term growth.If you are a passionate problem‐solver who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys leading improvement initiatives, and wants to make a lasting impact on the success of a growing operation, this role offers the challenge and opportunity you've been looking for.How You'll Make an ImpactDesign, develop, and implement robust manufacturing processes that support safe, efficient, and scalable production.Lead equipment installation, validation, and commissioning activities to ensure manufacturing readiness.Drive factory startup initiatives, including production trials, pilot builds, and first‐article manufacturing activities.Optimize production flow through line balancing, capacity planning, workflow analysis, and workstation design.Support quality management systems and lead root‐cause investigations using structured problem‐solving methodologies.Champion Lean Manufacturing principles through Kaizen events, visual management,
