Head of Web Development Services - Propel Our Digital Future
IMPORTANT: To be considered for this role, you MUST have extensive experience working with websites in the services industry—handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously. We are looking for someone who has repeatedly taken over web development teams for clients whose websites offer services. Experience limited to e-commerce or software product teams will not be considered. Experience with clients in the home services industry (e.g., plumbing, HVAC, electricians) is a plus.

Drive Profitability: Develop and execute your proven strategy to turn our web development team profitable through precise budgeting, resource management, and rigorous quality oversight.
Deliver Next-Level Excellence: Ensure every project is completed on time, within budget, and meets uncompromising, next-level quality standards. Anything less than exceptional is unacceptable—it must be perfected before release.
Strategize & Innovate: Analyze current challenges and leverage your hands-on experience to implement processes that yield measurable improvements.
