Responsibilities
- Lead the team handling PCBA failures and technical issues.
- Investigate root causes of PCBA defects and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering to prevent recurring issues.
- Support new product introduction and ensure PCBA reliability.
- Maintain troubleshooting guides, test procedures, and team training.
- Track and report failure trends and improvement metrics.
- Organize and supervise product maintenance, fault diagnosis, repair, and replacement of parts.
- Work with MFG team to complete a project in a certain timeframe (MP/NPI).
- Provide technical support to help solve process and quality maintenance problems.
- Provide RD/MFG quality analysis feedback.
- Preventive maintenance and overhaul,



formulate and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce equipment failures and downtime.
- Team management, work shifts, and ensuring resources to support production goals.
- Safety and compliance, ensure that equipment operation and maintenance comply with safety standards and specifications to prevent accidents.
- Regularly review and update the organizational KPI (QCDST).
- MFG 7 wastes (slow moving / block inventory) scrap management and improvement plan.
